Are your multiples due to start Preschool or School next year? Do you have questions which you feel need to be answered to better prepare you and your children for school? Are your children already in school and need some advice?

Canberra and Region Multiple Birth Association is holding our Multiples in Schools Forum in October to help answer some of your questions. We have professionals coming from a variety of schools and professions to help alleviate any problems you are facing or think your multiples are going to face at school.

Date: Sunday 15th September 2012

Time: 2:00pm – 4:00pm

Where: RB Smith Community Centre, Crawford Street, Queanbeyan

Cost: $2 per family to cover afternoon tea

This is a child friendly event. There will be plenty of things to keep your children occupied, plus a volunteer will be on hand to keep them entertained while you are participating in the forum.

This forum will be an excellent opportunity to gain information about multiples starting school and getting advice on any education related questions. We will also have a variety of multiple birth parents that have already been through some of what you are about to experience.

Current and prospective members are welcome to come along. If you have a friend you’d like to bring along with you please do. The more the merrier.

Please RSVP to Teresa: membership@carmba.org.au by Wednesday 12th September 2012
