Murder linkup!

The ABC has a grab bag of gory details from the Downer Murders trial underway now in the Supreme Court.

Of particular interest is this murder meetup:

McDougall said on the night of the incident, he told Ms Franco he thought she was a police informant.

He said he was disappointed because it was the worst thing you could do.

A statement tendered to the court says earlier that day, Ms Franco had told police she was willing to assist an investigation into a murder in Charnwood in July 2008.

She said she did not want anyone to know she was back in town and still feared a person known as “Marshall”, an ex-partner who was linked to the Charnwood stabbing.

It’s a whole underworld we’ve got going on.

Marshall only got off a jail term, because he dug up the knife that was the murder weapon, looking after No. 1 as per usual.

This just seems to confirm the news a few months back that almost all crime in Canberra is committed by a small number of offenders. Lock up these morons then all we have to do is stop the opportunistic bogan retards that attack and rob innocent people waiting at bus-stops etc.

He should. What he did amounts to being an accessory, helping Massey try to run away from her responsibilities.

Once again cloe, your uninformed.Michael Marshall didn’t do any time for his involvement. You don’t have a clue!

Well Michael Marshall is doing time, for concealing the weapon, when his girlfriend murdered a women at Charnwood shops, how dumb is he, all I can say is SUCKO!

I think you ment to say Marshall not Mitchell.

The police contacted julie several weeks before her death when she was in Queensland as someone had said to the Police if you want to know anything about Mitchell ask julie. lets hope the animal charged with her murder gets what he deserves and that the ACT legal system sends out a message that murder in not condoned in the ACT

The only link to the Charnwood murder Julie had was she was unfortunate ever to known Micheal Marshall! That’s all folks!
