Tax time headache?
Let us crunch the numbers

National Acting School Success

By kemposon 16 August 2007 14

After years of helping other actors such as Cariba Hienne in h20 and Cashelle Dunn in Home and Away to name a few in his school, it seems Canberra ActorBobby Farquhar is himself about to step into the Limelight.

Bobby is currently rehearsing a lead in a low budget feature but will be off to Hollywood in September to shoot a pilot called ‘THE BITE’ and then back to Australia for lead in a Major. Good things apparently come in threes for bobby with him also booked for a lead in cruciblegold, a major television and film drama at the end of the year.

With the Acting Industry in a bit of a hole over the last year Bobby attributes his success to Luck and Support

[Ed. I notice that Bobby is also makes an appearance on at a remarkable rank #7]

Good luck to the bloke who switched on the acting lights for me three years ago leading to ten plays, short films, coporate videos, commercials, role playing and radio plays and animation voice overs.

His brother is one of the bosses of the Rebel Bikie Gang so i guess he can ride.Shame he is not 20 years younger.Would get part and not forget his lines unlike Marlon.

This man looks like Marlon Brando circa 1956.

I have been thinking of doing a remake of “The Wild Ones”….can Bobby ride a motorbike without falling off?

Good on him. Good to see someone who helps so many others start to achieve success. It would be good if Canberran’s showed more support to one of our artistic icons. Reach for the stars Bobby!

lol, no probs hk0reduck.

The nurse who treated me for severe bruising to my lower legs after one of my experiences seemed to think differently from you.

I wasn’t trying to put him down Jazz, just saying how I remembered him.

Anyone who has the guts to get into the ring whether or not they ultimately lose is a champion to me:)

Good luck to him….

I did a musical at the Street back in 99 with Daniel Widowsson (sp?) who also went onto Home and Away, Saturday Disney and one of those renovation shows.

whats that got to do with anything hk0reduck? Johnny Lewis trains Kostya Tzu and probably also trains the odd fighter who has lost a bout too.

“The Bite” is about hickies, that explains his jumper 🙂

My six degrees from Bobby is that I saw a fighter that he was the trainer of get beaten in the ring by some guy at the Hopper fight in Erindale.

What a lovely jumper he’s got on.

If it all comes together – good luck to Bobby. For those that know him at least he will be able to defend himself in south west central!!

Heh, I remember when he was selling Apple computers in Braddon.
