Mystery swirls and anticipation builds as the Grand opening of Pialligo Estate’s new baby, Pialligo Fields draws near.

Clues are being dropped like tantalizing breadcrumbs on their social media channels.

With Pialligo Estate, you think elegance and sophistication in a classy setting. So what can we expect to experience at Pialligo Fields?

The Fields’ vibe is different. Bringing an excellent hospitality experience to casual dining, Fields ensures that you will make beautiful memories with your friends and loved ones.

The team behind Pialligo Fields are hospitality experts offering premium food, drinks, and fun. They bring superb quality hospitality and utmost provenance with detailed thought behind everything that has a flavour and a reason – and this Sunday, to celebrate the Grand Opening you can be one of the first to experience it, taste their finger food (on the house!) and there’ll be cool drink specials available too.

The Field’s fun, laidback personality is informal but informed. Every drink blend and food pairing, each entertainment component has purpose behind it.

The folk at Pialligo Fields tell us, “Think great beats, highest-quality bar food and share platters, space for the kids to run around, and fun you won’t be expecting; Pialligo Fields is the place to bring your family and friends for some fresh air in style.

“Whether you have an event that needs some personality, or you just want to find some weekend balance with the family and friends, Fields is a multi-purpose space that will deliver experiences you talk about.

Funky approachable bar guys, who know their stuff, will be creating superb quality drinks. They are ‘at the edge-of-the-knife when it comes to understanding booze.”

The food and flavours have been collated with a purpose and reason. Reassuringly geeky, it’s the experience you talk about.

Gintonica Bar.

There’s also a Gintonica Bar! A custom bar where you watch the creators in action before you taste the flavour of the magic they create. “Design your ultimate Gin experience from start to finish with a smorgasbord of fresh garnishes to choose from,” Pialligo says.

Make sure you ask the bartender why the folk at Pialligo Fields say that ‘there are two drops of fun in every flavour’.

Friday afternoons will welcome the young corporates to unwind in a garden party style vibe. Watch the sunset, wind down your week and enjoy Canberra’s newest bar setting at picturesque Pialligo.

Stand around the fire pits with a drink in hand and watch the sun setting over the fields or expend boisterous energy in the lawn games – the ultimate garden party!

Sundays are for family. Kids are safe to play and run around in the meadows within easy viewing range of the adult’s play area. Outdoor games, indoor/outdoor spaces, finger food options and of course – the bars.

After adding Fields to the fold, the team behind Pialligo Estate tell us, “Now we have it all.”

The fields are alive!

Fields have linked up with PKUP’s car service so patrons can drive to Pialligo Fields, enjoy a drink or two with your loved ones and get home safely. PKUP’s service can get you and your car home, and they are offering $25 off to Pialligo Estate patrons for their first PKUP ride. Just use the coupon code “PKUP25” when you book your first ride.

Grand Opening: The Fields are officially coming alive this Sunday! Pialligo Fields’ Grand Opening is on September 8th from 2 pm until late, and to celebrate they’re serving up some of their mouth-watering finger foods (on the house) and drink specials.
