ACT Policing is renewing its call for public assistance to locate missing 40-year-old man Nathan Booth, who has not been seen or heard from since June.

He is described as being of Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander appearance, about 179 cm (5’10”) tall, with a medium build, short dark brown hair and dark brown eyes.

The 40-year-old was last confirmed to be near Canberra Hospital, before being reported missing in September.

Detective Acting Station Sergeant Mark Rowswell says although Nathan doesn’t contact his family regularly, they usually know he is safe through the grapevine.

“By modern standards, Nathan leaves a very small digital footprint, which has presented challenges for police in locating him,” Sergeant Rowswell said.

“As such, police are relying heavily on information from the public to determine Nathan’s whereabouts.”

Anyone with information that could assist police is urged to call 0457 844 917, or contact ACT Policing Operations on 131 444, Crime Stoppers on 1800 333 000, or via the Crime Stoppers ACT website.
