Police seek social media video of Melba woman's death

Police are searching for a video they believe was posted on social media showing the circumstances of Danielle Jordan’s death.

The 40-year-old Melba woman died in hospital after she allegedly fell off the bonnet of her partner’s car at about 4 am on 15 April.

Her partner, 42-year-old Michael O’Connell, was arrested at the time and charged with manslaughter.

The charge has since been upgraded to murder, to which Mr O’Connell has pleaded not guilty.

Police said some witnesses claimed they had seen footage of the incident online. Criminal investigators have urged anyone with information or video footage to contact police.
