Police seek wanted man who escaped from hospital

A man is on the run after escaping from The Canberra Hospital, with police seeking any information which could lead to his arrest.

Wanted man Mohammadiman Aghahosseini absconded from the Garran facility at about 2 pm on Sunday (13 November).

The 32-year-old was last seen on foot heading toward Launceston Street, Phillip.

He’s described as being of Middle Eastern appearance, with a medium build, olive complexion, short black hair and dark eyes.

He was last seen wearing a green high-vis jumper with writing on the back, blue jeans, and black shoes.

Police have warned the community not to approach Mohammadiman.
