Civic will become a tapestry of market stalls again this weekend for the National Multicultural Festival. Musical offerings are set to draw from all corners of the world across three days and a dozen stages headlined by Papua New Guinea-born artist Ngaiire.
Eclectic collective Tijuana Cartel will also return to the nation’s capital this weekend. They’ll appear at The Baso on Friday night, playing cuts from their latest genreless album, Alectura.
The city’s favourite blues party band, Snake Oil Preachers, is gearing up for the long-awaited celebration of their debut album, Individual Results May Vary. Catch them in action at the Canberra Irish Club on Friday night.
