The Gorman Sessions are taking over Ainslie Arts Centre this weekend with a lovingly curated line-up of cutting-edge songwriters, bands and sound artists from around the country. Pheno, Lily Morris, Sebastian Field, Bonniesongs, Jim Dusty, Eleanor Malborn & Hannah De Feyter and Mess Esque will be appearing across three nights in the iconic Ainslie Main Hall.

Hometown hip hop/RnB artist Ike(from)Pluto is heading up the massive line-up for The Landing at The Polo in Turner this Saturday night. Canberran Afrobeats artist Partyateleven and DJ IM-OL are also on the line-up, joining a host of dancers and MC Tevin Miro. The show is co-presented by streetwear brand Kriss Kross and supported by innovative arts enthusiasts You Are Here, making it a truly collaborative community event.

Elsewhere, Lucy Sugerman and Nina Leo are heading up a packed Saturday night at Transit Bar, and climate-aligned party band An Inconvenient Groove join Alpha Goose and Ivy Lore for Thursday’s sideway Band Night.
