Japanese snare drummer Ryosuke Kiasu will make a special appearance alongside Josh Shipton and Post Irony at Smith’s on Tuesday night. Expect one of the more adventurous drum performances you’re ever likely to see, with ferocity and musicality that will leave you asking, “What did I just watch?”

A similar amount of kinetic energy can be expected of LA hardcore outfit OFF! when they stop in at The Baso this Wednesday. Support comes in the form of hard-hitting saxophone-drum kit duo Party Dozen and local punk rock energisers Sketch Method.

Canberra Theatre Centre will spring to life this weekend with a stacked schedule of concerts. Eurovision alumna Kate Miller-Heidke will make her Canberra return on Friday evening before The Teskey Brothers take to the stage across Saturday and Sunday night.
