sideway is set to wrap up its free, weekly SW Band Night series on Thursday with a jam-packed lineup of local acts. Catch The Narcissists, Spouse and Kilroy performing at the East Row bar from 8 pm.
Like clockwork, the city’s most magnificent and elusive party band Cell Block 69 has emerged from musical hibernation to ring in the festive season. They’ll be taking to the stage at The Basement for two nights of throwback synth-pop bliss. Book in for Thursday or Friday while tickets remain.
Smith’s Alternative is celebrating Christmas a few hours early with Rock n Roll Xmas Eve. Snake Oil Preachers, Jason Recliner and Il Bruto will be on hand for a very merry Saturday afternoon show.
