The hybrid in-person/live-streamed musical future has arrived. Canberrans have a wide selection of music to choose from this week that will suit both the going-out and the stay-at-home types.
CTC At Home continues all throughout the week, with art-rock artist Pheno, local MC Cappo and others set to perform live streams from the Canberra Theatre stage. Also online, Live In Ya Lounge rolls on this Friday and Saturday bringing a handpicked selection of musicians from the region to you no matter where you’re listening from.
Elsewhere, The Basement hosts Metal Fiesta 15 on Saturday, giving us a glimpse at what metal shows can look like in a post-COVID-19 world. Smith’s Alternative is back in action as well, with a smattering of live music events locked into their calendar.
