Light + Waves is the first event programmed in the Ainslie Salon series for Ainslie + Gorman Arts Centres. This expertly curated deep-listening event will give the audience the opportunity to immerse themselves in the sonic world’s of Australia’s foremost electronic musicians. Aphir, E Fishpool, Volta Hymn, Megan Alice Clune, and Genie lead the trailblazing lineup appearing on Saturday.
sideway’s Thursday band night is putting forward another stacked lineup this week. Catch singer-songwriter and lichen enthusiast Ruth Lorelle alongside Tourmaline and Tupperware Party at this free-entry show.
dog world, Kilroy, and Underlay continue Transit Bar’s live music reawakening on Thursday, before the venue is taken over by new hip-hop jam night Mobius on Friday.
Elsewhere, St Sinner brings their brash, political punk to Capital Brewing Co on Wednesday and the city’s brightest new acts converge on Smith’s Alternative for Band Beng Bing Bong Bung on Friday.
