I went along to Phoenix Risings’ ‘A Double Act’ last night.
Two very different productions.
However, ‘Albert’, directed by rising star Dim Ristevski stood out. ‘Albert’ is a very clever concept and especially witty. It has three very good performers in Bozana Krsteska, Dennis Bittisnich and Martin Searles. First time director Ristevski stamped his class on the production.
I don’t want to give the unique plot away but the production is worth watching. It is showing up to 30th June at the Street Theatre.
Congratulations Pam McManus and Phoenix for giving theatre ‘virgins’ an opportunity to strut their stuff.
