Roads Closed this Afternoon?

By Mick - 18 October 2005 8

Not sure how accurate this is as is was forwarded to me from someone else, but it may be worth publicising…

——————————-

A bad accident occurred about 3pm and the following roads will be closed for 3-4 hours:

* William Hovell Drive
* Coulter Drive
* Drake Brockman Drive

——————————-

Anyone heard about this?
(I don’t listen to local radio)

What’s Your opinion?

Yay another coppins crossing user πŸ™‚

We ended up heading even further down the road, past the turnoff to Aranda and onto the one that goes through to calvary and the AIS, not sure of the name of it πŸ˜›

I had to chuck a U turn and head home through Aranda, the build up at Coppins Corssing was horrendous. Some poor ladies in a wee Mazda overheated in the traffic Queue, poor gals.

My apoligies, the accident occured ON William Hovell Drive, not at an intersection as I previously misheard.

Yep, a lethal head-on collision occured on (i think) the intersection of those roads, and is causing large delays. Motorists are advised to avoid thos roads if possible. I think I heard that it could be closed for some hours to come.
