A second man has been charged with the 2016 shooting murder of 37-year-old Watson artist Eden Waugh.
Peter Forster-Jones, 22, of Ainslie, faced the ACT Magistrates Court today (Saturday, 24 February 2018) charged with murder and one count of aggravated burglary in relation to an incident at Mr Waugh’s Windeyer Street home in September 2016.
Bail was not applied for and he was remanded in custody to appear again next month.
Last December, Tavake Pikula, 31, pleaded not guilty in the ACT Magistrates Court to the murder.

Eden Waugh was found dead with a gunshot wound on the night of 3 November 2016 after police were notified of a disturbance and an injured man at a Windeyer Street residence.
In August 2017, investigating police recovered a firearm and a crowbar from the Queanbeyan River.
Police said the investigation into the death of Eden Waugh was continuing and they could not rule out further charges.
