People of Canberra we are at panic stations as THE CROOKED FIDDLE BAND elbow their way back into our sweet, innocent capital to seduce and emotionally damage us with their searing chainsaw gypsy mayhem.
They are currently cutting a crooked path through the country launching their new EP ‘RISE’ and have selected none other than local motley street urchins MR FIBBY to help them do so!
Together they will be forming a dark alliance of sweet gypsy justice at The Merry Muse, 8PM Friday March 27, of this year two thousand zero nine!
If you missed either of these jaw popping, tooth grinding, basket weaving bands the last time they played the Muse then you only need to know one thing — last time they played the Rat Patrol showed up and, in a frenzy of Bizzaro-Olympic fervor, set all their bikes on fire.
Will that happen again? I don’t know!
Will something catch on fire? Probably only in a metaphorical way! But bring some buckets of sand anyway!
