Long a cosy suburb next to the city, Campbell is blooming as a new residential destination close to Russell, the Parliamentary Triangle and Civic takes shape.

The Campbell5 (C5) development has offered buyers the chance to have Lake Burley Griffin on their doorsteps, in a development that’s been consciously designed to create a community.

The apartments in The Parade are the final opportunity to purchase in C5, following the success of Saint Germain, Greenwich, Koben and Siena.

Designed as a lifestyle-oriented precinct, The Parade offers you the opportunity to step out of your home in the morning for a lakeside stroll, a freshly brewed coffee or a full-body workout. Health clubs and cafes are nearby and the development’s community spaces include rooftop gardens, a central courtyard and private dining rooms for residents’ use.

Cycling or walking to work will be easy and convenient from here. And if you have a family, nearby Hassett Park has not only plenty of room for exercise but also a children’s playground.

Kitchen

Kitchens feature SMEG appliances and island benches.

Campbell5 Sales Manager Dallas Harry says the intention has been to create a modern urban community where residents can meet and socialise with their neighbours.

“We wanted a development that would appeal to many different people,” Mr Harry says. “There are a variety of one, two, three and four-bedroom apartments to choose from, so there will be something that’s the right fit for almost every buyer.”

The Campbell5 complex

Location is everything at Campbell5.

Natural light and open floor plans are key features in the apartment design, creating an easy connection between indoor and outdoor spaces. The feeling of seamless flowing space extends to design features including bathrooms with floor-to-ceiling format tiling and frameless shower screens.

In the kitchens, reconstituted stone benchtops, SMEG appliances and spotted gum floating timber floors add style and warmth to the light-filled spaces.

Bathroom

Bathrooms feature frameless glass shower screens.

Ducted reverse cycle air conditioning and double glazing on windows also mean that apartments in The Parade are quietly comfortable throughout the year. Depending on the aspect, buyers will also have views of the lake, Mount Ainslie or the city.

There’s an added attraction for first home buyers: developer JWLand is offering $10,000 to spend on furniture packages and window dressings.

Unobstructed views

Floor to ceiling glass and glass balustrades on balconies give unobstructed views.

The Campbell5 Display Gallery is located at 9 Pentland Street at Campbell and is open 11:00 am to 2:00 pm, Friday to Tuesday.

You can view The Parade apartments online and see all the other hot listings on Zango. If you would like to visit the display suite, or would like further information, call JWLand Sales Manager Dallas Harry on 0414 487 086 to book a private appointment.
