Actew have posted amazingly beautiful video taken from the top of one of the cranes at the Cotter Dam expansion:
ACTEW project director for the Enlarged Cotter Dam (& associated water security projects) Ian Carmody climbed to the top of a tower crane before sunrise to offer a birds eye view and commentary on the progress of the works. He evens bumps into the crane operator en route back down the ladder!
