Today is the 16th of August, the first day this year that the Canberra Times is actually worth reading.

There are not one, but two stories (albeit both already covered by RiotACT) on the front page that are about Canberra and are a noteworthy read.

Congratulations to CT for pulling their heads out of the sand for long enough to find something to write about in our region.

No – I thinks he’s saying that the local paper in the big country town reported on local issues rather than repeat some by-line from an overseas news service.

But the on-line version of the canberra age is still crap
