Two face court over aggravated burglary in Duffy

A 19-year-old man and a 15-year-old boy have been arrested in connection with an aggravated burglary in Duffy on Saturday night (26 September).

The man was arrested yesterday morning (30 September) at a service station in Holt. He will face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with aggravated burglary – intent to commit theft, joint commission of theft, and joint commission of theft of a motor vehicle.

A short time later, the 15-year-old was arrested nearby. He will also face the ACT Magistrates Court today charged with aggravated burglary – intent to commit theft, joint commission of theft, and joint commission of theft of a motor vehicle

ACT Policing has said that investigations into other recent aggravated burglaries across the ACT are continuing.
