ABC Online is reporting that Tyson Overhall of Calwell has plead not guilty to charges arising from the death of pregnant mother of three Naomi Warne who was struck from the back of a motorcycle on Drakeford Drive last year.
It’s an impressive charge sheet to be pleading not guilty to:
– culpable driving causing death,
– negligent driving occasioning death, and
– being an unlicensed driver.
That and it is alleged he did not stop after the accident.
I think we all await the outcome with great interest.
