Valentine's Day @ Adventure Paintball

Quick update: weather forecast for sunday is atrocious so I am cancelling this event. Any couples that were intersted will now have to do something lame like dinner at the Tower 🙂

Or you can come out on Saturday 🙂

Mate, don’t run firing squads. Paintball is a tactical, not punitive activity! Might make someone sit out if repeated offences though. Refs are there for everyone’s safety, even if that means protecting people from themselves!

As for the cricket box quotes above…Thumper is obviously a lot (insert adjective ) than me. All my staff wear them without fail!

+1 Thumper. I have fond memories of walking the gauntlet with two guns against all my mates at the end of a session – the only ones that actually hurt a bit were back of the head and on the stomach, where the paintball and belt pinched the skin (quite badly).

You don’t want too much protection though; not as much fun if you know you can’t be hurt.

For those who are concerned about their significant others..all ladies are offered chest protection (front and back) free of charge. For guys its a $10 hire. Goggles and gloves cover the most exposed bits. That just leaves arms and legs which can be reasonably protected by layered clothing…maintianing safe distances (5m plus minimises the pain factor!).

Guys we have cricket boxes for sale..but make sure you were jocks…if you wear boxers then the cups make great ankle guards….

For those who think they are hard core Dirty Sanchez or Jackass fans…we had a bucks group come out last week who asked what was the minimum safety requirement. I said mask and covered shoes…so that is what they wore except for their Mr Men undies to hold their cups in…

I tried to make a package that worked out better if you bring a partner and includes the number 14 because it is Feb 14.

You benefit over the standard packages if you bring a friend and even if you don’t, the cheaper additional paint prices should make the overall day a lot cheaper than a standard day!

You know the romance isnt dead when he takes you paintballing for Valentines Day……
