Not to take any real view on the matter here, but I will point out that Canberra Times has an appauling history of ommiting important facts and context. I can understand that if a person is negatively portrayed in the media without all the facts and context, then I guess they would be livid about it. Even if the end result in court is the same, it is not fair for anyone to be reported on for the sake of selling a good yarn. Nothing good about that.
