Want to see a young Canberran hurt themselves? Of course you do

The magic of YouTube and dirtjumper005 brings us the sight of a young man on a pushbike hurting himself quite badly while trying to look good.

Text from the post: “Me ending up in hospital with a grade one lacerated spleen, internal bleeding, and a T3 vertibrae wedging after this crash”

Anyone recognise where the jump is?

I don’t know what’s worse – his home built jump or his riding skills. Also I like the use of a full face helmet with no other protective gear (body armour, shin/knee guards, etc).

Hope he gets out of hospital, gets strong, gets that jump rebuilt, gets back on his bike, and most importantly gets it on video.

Pity he’s entitled to a free stay in hospital.

The problem with natural selection is modern medicine.

It’s all fun and games until some one looses a spleen.

The crash really doesn’t look very bad. I’ve crashed harder than that getting out of bed. He must be pretty soft.
