I didn’t know this was a thing that fast food joints did, but KFC in Belconnen is hosting an open kitchen day this weekend. Am I disappointed or confused that it’s sold out? I’m not sure…

What exactly is the point of the open kitchen?

Because their customers may not have seen one?
