Philip Williams has returned from a long stint as a foreign correspondent for the ABC. He has covered the Tsunami, East Timor, the massacre at Beslan, the Madrid bombings and the September 11 attacks in New York. He is hoping for a gentler time while at Stateline. This week he reports on the skills shortage in the ACT.
