Telstra has flagged it will pass addditional costs on to ACT phone users after a new tax grab from the Stanhope Government.
I heard Sonic say Yass and Cowra charge the utility companies.
I surpose the local council has to rasie its pocket money some how. After they have almost bled us dry.

The article suggests that similar taxes exist elsewhere – anyone know any details on that? Are they comparable rates? Do they get passed on in those places?
