CEC workshops

The Canberra Environment Centre has released its new batch of workshops scheduled to run over the next few months. Workshops are held almost every Tuesday and Saturday with making blue vein cheese next up this Saturday 11 April.

Other topics cover a wide range of skills including cooking from scratch and sustainable home design. Old favourites include making non-dairy milks, making kombucha, and passive solar design. New workshops include icecream making with Mr.Frugii, planting a medicine garden and a visit to the smoke room at Poacher’s Pantry.

Workshops are either free, $20 or $80 if they are more ‘hands-on’. Bookings at www.ecoaction.com.au.
