The final RiotACT Sim Challenger was Dr Luciano Lombardo (Pangallo Independents, for Molonglo). He sat down to play last night in All Bar Nun.
A serious man, Dr. Lombardo approched his task with great seriousness. After a slow start he’d put his foundations in place and let the game speed rip to race to a respectable finish in a distributed city modelled somewhat after Canberra.
He finished with a population of nearly 18,000 and a huge $328,948 still left in the bank. Along the way he picked up 7 green bars of positive approval.
The environment was not rated strongly but was off the deck, safety was 50-50. Where he shone was in health, education, traffic, and land value.
