Hello Friends,
Tonight at the front cafe I will be performing 2 sets. One by myself and the other a strange kind of instrumental bhutto dance piece featuring Chenoeh Miller and Lloyd Alison-Young. Also, the complete footage of the Jester Ball will be projected against a wall as a kind of installation thing for those interested in seeing themselves wearing masks and what-not.
Young bluesman with a Tom Waits meets Elton John kind of vibe – Lloyd Alison-Young – will be performing after me. He writes a lot of songs about hookers and he might hate me for mentioning him an Elton John in the same sentence. I like Elton John though and I like Lloyd, and there’s some similiarities (they both play piano). Lloyd also does a rocking version of 32-20 blues which I’m proud to say he stole off my ep and he does it way better than i do it- bastard!
It’s free as well. If you’re in Lyneham tonight and doing nothing, you should come on down.
FRONT CAFE, LYNEHAM SHOPS, 8 till about 11 or so. Or whenever we feel like stopping.
Don’t waste your time Riotactors, stay at home and listen to Highway 61 Revisited on vinyl rather than bother with this pathetic imitation.
Ouch!
