On the 31 October 2009 (this Saturday), a fundraiser is being held at The Old Canberra Inn, Lyneham to raise further awareness of a rare deadly illness called Sudden Arrhythmia Death Syndrome (SADS).
SADS is a rare fatal heart related problem that tragically cuts down very few young people each year in their prime. Since it is not a mainstream deadly illness, there is little or no funding for the research into the causes of SADS.
For More information on Sudden Arrhythmia, visit http://www.sads.org.au
So find the time to come on over to the Old Canberra Inn for a fabulous night of music from leading local and interstate bands and musicians and help raise funds for further research into this tragic illness.
Entry is by donation and all money raised goes to the Centenary Institute , www.centenary.org.au
(Any business or person that may want to donate a prize or raffle item for the night, we would really appreciate it)
The Line Up – All bands have again generously donated their time and effort for this concert. Many thanks to them all
