UC Live are celebrating the start of a new semester with their massive O-Week party on Saturday night. triple j Unearthed heroes The Terrys will be heading up the evening, but get down early to see locals Parklands and Nina Leo in the opening slots.
The Shaking Hand are set to continue their weekly Shake Appeal gig series on Wednesday night with sets from the likes of ZUKO, Hetereochromia and Lucid Safari.
There is also plenty going on in the Canberra jazz sphere this week. Expect to catch Greg Stott Group at Smith’s on Thursday, Eric Ajae Trio at the Press Club on Friday, and Wayne Kelly Band back at Smith’s on Saturday.
