ACT Policing Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team will prepare a brief for the ACT Coroner after a fatal motor vehicle collision occurred on the Monaro Highway yesterday afternoon.
Around 4:50pm, police responded to reports of a collision between a motorcycle and semi-trailer between Royalla and Williamsdale.
The male rider of the motorcycle died at the scene. Police will not be releasing any further details of the rider at this time.
The driver of the semi-trailer did not sustain any injuries and is assisting police with the investigation.
Monaro Highway, between Royalla and Williamsdale will remained closed to allow the Collision Investigation and Reconstruction Team to investigate the collision.
