The Canberra Food and Wine Expo is an annual three-day event dedicated to celebrity chefs, food and wine, cheese, cocktails and everything gourmet. The show houses over 100 local and national exhibitors, including wine makers, distributors, gourmet restaurants, coffee, chocolate and tea.
Sample food and wine in the appreciation area, watch celebrity chefs create recipes from the main stage, or if you’d prefer, book in for the celebrity degustation matched with wines for $85 per person. Whatever option you choose, be sure to wear pants with an elasticised waistband. You’ll need the extra room.
