Veterans MC trivia night for Snowy Hydro SouthCare

The following in to me from the Veterans MC:

Test your knowledge and help support the Snowy Hydro SouthCare by attending a fun-filled trivia event on Friday 9th July 2010.

Doors open at 6:30pm for a 7pm start.

All monies raised will go to help the Snowy Hydro SouthCare here in Canberra.

Auctions, raffles and door prizes will be running throughout the night. Up to 10 people per table

A discounted snack and beverage menu will be available to order

Special accommodation offers available at Rydges Lakeside

Umm it doesn’t say where it’s on at. Can we assume Rydges Lakeside as they are a sponser?

What a fabulous cause this is. They receive very little to NO funding from the government and rely totally on sponsorship and donations.

A big thanks to their sponsors for keeping this alive to help save lives!

Did you know that it costs just under $500,000 per year just for the fuel to keep the chopper in the air?

There are also some fabulous prizes and fantastic auction items up for grabs on the night.
