Come along to Murrumbateman Field Days this weekend and experience an agriculture-themed family event. There will be plenty of entertainment, including a range of exhibitors from farm, livestock and machinery, building and home improvement, lifestyle and fashion, local food, wine and craft beer, and everything in between!

For kids of all ages, there’s the Children’s Farmyard with baby farm animals, pony rides and, of course, face painting, and for older kids, they can try out the Aerobounce or Durkins Amusements with Cha Cha, dodgem cars and the giant slide.

Harry Manx

International superstar Harry Manx, who has performed all around Australia and at festivals including Byron Bay Bluesfest, Port Fairy Folk Festival, Blue Mountains Music Festival, Caloundra Music Festival and Woodford, is coming to Canberra.

The Canadian is best known for having created his own music genre, ‘Mysticssippi Blues’, which is described as a combination of organic fusion of eastern musical traditions with blues. It combines a range of instruments, including acoustic and electric guitars, banjo, harmonica, stomp box and the Mohan Veena.

After releasing 15 albums, going on more than 10 extensive tours since 2001, and receiving so much recognition for his award-winning tracks, Harry Manx’s live performance is a must-see.

Sarah Leete
