U Brew It Grand opening, 10am till 2pm free sausage sizzle at the above address. Its a place where you basically are brewing your own beer at their shop. You do all the work and they put i in their fermenters and then once its ready they supply you with cans and you then take it home. Thats my understanding of it anyway.

@V Twin Venom: There is indeed a place called “Tharwa” where the Govt turns a blind eye. Its a town south of Canberra, normally accessible across a bridge about 10 minutes away. It is currently about 90 mins away by road.

But asking on RiotAct about where you can break the law is a bad idea.

@Mess: Mircrobrewery… I too saw ads for it, but my copy of the Chronicle is at home, and the only reference I can find online about Hume & microbrew is U-Brew-It, 23 Raws Crescent Hume ACT, Phone: 02 62601160.

Apparently there is a new micro brewery opening in Hume on Saturday, dont know the details because i just got back from overseas today.
