Yes, that’s right! The company that wowed you with CATS and made you laugh till you cried with TheProducers is about to do it again.Thoroughly Modern Millie has a script that will reduce you to tears with helpless laughter and a cast thatwill knock your socks off! This is the show that won 6 Tony Awards (the Broadway version of theOscars) and 6 Drama Desk Awards – an unheard of sweep. It’s a combination of well known themes – a country girl trying to find her way in the big city; big city people pretending to be what they’renot; and, of course, the love story – girl trips boy, girl stalks rich boss, rich boss falls for other girl,boy falls for girl, girl falls for boy, boy AND girl get locked in jail, girl falls out with boy –confused?!?!Don’t worry – this is NOT one of your Boubil and Schonberg tragedies with the terribly sad ending -but it does have a nice little twist. (You’ll have to come and see it to find out what it is!) Millie Dillmount is played by Georgia Pike. Georgia is an amazingly talented young lady that lights up whatever stage she steps onto.Be sure not to miss seeing her sing, dance and tap her way into Jimmy’s (and just about everybodyelse’s!) heart.
