On 30th August, 8.30pm Amnesty International is holding a public screening of Go Back to Where you Came From in conjunction with SBS at the ANU Food Co-op. Thousands of Australians will join the discussion around Go Back To Where You Came From at community events being held across the country. Friends, neighbours and complete strangers will meet up in lounge rooms, pubs & cinemas to watch the series and discuss the controversial issues it raises. This seasons’s contenstants:
– Peter Reith, former Howard Government minister, including Minister for Defence.
– Angry Anderson, rock singer and aspiring National Party Candidate.
– Allan Asher, former Commonwealth Ombudsman.
– Catherine Deveny, writer and social commentator.
