With the rise in popularity of Burlesque into the mainstream, Kitten of the Year aims to educate the Kittens and audiences alike about the performers of old from Burlesque’s heyday.
Now in its fourth year, Kitten of the Year 2012, welcomes back Holly J’aDoll, Lauren La Rouge, The Darling Sisters, and Jorian Gardner as judges, and we welcome Cherry Lush to the judging panel.
The winner of Kitten of the Year will becomes the public ‘face’ of Miss Kitka’s House of Burlesque for the following twelve months and will represent and promote Canberra’s growing Burlesque scene both locally and interstate.
