ACT records 24 new COVID-19 cases

The ACT has recorded 24 new cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8 pm yesterday.

There are 19 people in ACT hospitals, including 12 in ICU, four require ventilation.

A total of 1,445 tests were conducted in the 24 hours to 9 am today. There are 400 active cases in the ACT.

Of the Territory’s 12-plus population, 85.9 per cent are now fully vaccinated.

In NSW there were 322 cases and two more deaths.

In Victoria, 1750 new cases and nine deaths were recorded.
