ACT records nine new COVID-19 cases

The ACT has recorded nine new cases of COVID-19 in the 24 hours to 8 pm yesterday.

There are 20 people in ACT hospitals, including 10 in ICU, five require ventilation.

A total of 647 negative tests were conducted in the 24 hours to 9 am today. There are 332 active cases in the ACT.

Of the Territory’s 12-plus population, 88 per cent are now fully vaccinated.

In NSW there were 294 cases and four more deaths.

In Victoria, 1461 new cases and seven deaths were recorded.
