Asher Floyd is one of the best photographic talents Canberra has ever produced. (I’ll concede there might have been someone, sometime, better, but I have no personal knowledge of who that might be).
To this city’s great loss he has been, in the words of his website “travelling the world” for (in my opinion) far too long.
But the photographs from South America have been amazing.
Recently Asher’s been to the Plaza de Toros in Bogotá for a bullfight.
The resulting photo essay is an astonishing piece of art by a Canberra artist, as such I recommend it to you.
