Lavanna Neal is the head of people and place at local cultural development and place management company, Dionysus.

In her previous life, Lavanna worked as a dishie, line cook, breakfast chef, and ran her own catering company making more lasagne than she ever wants to see again.

A reformed vegetarian, Lavanna is an experimental gastronome – once ordering what she thought was frog and instead getting chicken and being quite disappointed! In her spare time, she doom-scrolls the online menus of places she’s visited on her travels to recreate at home.
