Births and names 2-DEC-06

By Kerces - 2 December 2006 6

Yay! No really bogan names this week. We would also like to offer our congratulations to Joseph Gus Lindenmayer for making his appearance.

We do have something on names for your entertainment below. Thanks to Marty for alerting us to it.

What’s Your opinion?

So Rex Shawn(lastname?) is an impossible name yet reshawn is possible ? – The logic fails me.

An insight into these people’s minds:

“A few months before I got pregnant, my father-in-law passed away. It was a very sad and horrible period. He was such a sweet man and he was only 46 years old when he died. His name was Rex Shawn, which was an impossible name to pass on to our child. We wanted to honor him anyway and, after some brainstorming, came up with: Reshawn.” -Lisa Marie Locke

I’m particularly amused by “Samuel reminds me of someone I hate” – I wasn’t aware the chaser guys had met Samuel Gordon-Stewart…
