An eclectic mix of the bizarre and beautiful, among Australia’s best, showcases at The Terrace, Manuka on Saturday 3 June, from 11:00am to 2:30pm.
Bizarre and Beautiful is a free event, fusing fashion, hair and cosmetics. Internationally acclaimed hair salon, Toni & Guy, Canberra Make-Up Academy, and Bronze Solarium will treat you to the latest trends in hair, body and beauty.
Throughout the course of the day, members from the crowd will be invited to have their hair styled by Toni & Guy hair stylists, Lea-Ann Suthern and Lauren Jameson, and have their make-up done by artists from the Academy.

At 12pm, and 1pm local, budding designer hopefuls will pitch their design prowess in the Fabric Challenge. Contestants will be given one metre of fabric, a box of mystery materials and 25 minutes to create an original design.

Other stalls to see on the day include Inelda, herbalist Susi Witt from The Hierophant, and Janet Adams, a natural therapist from Discovery Consultant.
Bizarre and Beautiful is the second of six monthly community events to be held at the recently refurbished Terrace.
