The Australian reports that the Raiders’ Bronx Goodwin has plead guilty to his assault charges from the July night of shame which brought down Todd Carney:
- Goodwin, who was stood down by the Raiders pending the outcome of his case at the ACT Magistrates Court, was accompanied in court by his girlfriend and club CEO Don Furner.
The 23-year-old former fullback, son of former Kangaroos international Ted Goodwin, pleaded guilty to assaulting two patrons outside the All Bar Nun pub, in O’Connor, at around midnight on Sunday, July 20.
UPDATED: Reports are coming in that he’s got a one year good behaviour bond and a $1,300 fine.
