Can you tell it's a drug bust by his hair cut? [updated]

When I read a warm and touching and above all reasonable thread like this, I just can’t understand why some people might be loath to comment here…

Yeah i didn’t think cannabis was considered a drug of dependence and nor should it IMO.Going by looks alone,hardly an exact art,i suspected speed or ekkies users/dealers.

Jivraisha was the one who said it was weed, not me. I didn’t make any definitive statements, just a sweeping and probably incredibly unfair assumption about Tooks, who in fairness was acting like belligerent know-it-all.

Cannabis is a prohibited substance, where anything under 25g would have gotten the offender a SCON… So… I think you can safely say it is not cannabis, so DrKoresh, does Tooks get an apology because your retort is based on no fact?

Actually, I’m not a cop and have never proclaimed to be. BTW, where in the media release does it say cannabis?
