Who would you like under your cafe table?
Can Chris really convince the detective he is a victim?
Have you told your kids all the stories they need to know?
What was it like for our ancestors?
Why is it so damn hard to rob a bank?

Some of these questions and less will be answered – We’re nearing the presentation of the finalists of the Canberra Rep writing competition, “The Logues” for 2009.

There are 13 short plays, Directed by award winning Canberra actor and director Rob DeFries, to be performed by 19 local actors at Theatre 3 Ellery Cr Acton :

Friday 16th October at 7:30pm
Saturday 17th October at 7:30pm
Sunday 18th October at 2:00pm.

Admission: $10.00

During each performance you, the audience, will be able to cast a vote in the form of a mark out of 10 for each of the 13 pieces. Your job will be to judge the writing, rather than the performances. After the performance, we will tally votes. On Sunday we will announce the winner following the final performance.

So please come along and bring friends with you. Everybody has a say in the result.
